Dates and registration rates
Online registration via ConfTool.
In order for a talk to be included in the program, at least the first author has to be registered for the conference by February 15, 2019.
Early bird registration (December 06, 2018 – February 15, 2019)
- regular (non-student) rate: 220,00 €
- student rate (including PhD students): 140,00 €
Regular registration (February 16, 2019 – June 01, 2019)
- regular (non-student) rate: 260,00 €
- student rate (including PhD students): 180,00 €
Late registration (after June 01, 2019)
- regular (non-student) rate: 300,00 €
- student rate (including PhD students): 220,00 €
Registration cost includes admission to the conference, all coffee breaks, four lunches, and conference materials. The conference dinner is not included in the registration cost.
Conference dinner
The conference dinner will take place on July 04, 2019 and will be held in the “Gartensaal” of Mannheim Palace. Tickets (55,00 €) can be bought during registration via ConfTool (see below). There is limited availability of tickets to the conference dinner. You can buy up to two tickets. +++Update: Conference Dinner is currently sold out+++
